The Hermes Layer production service is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure.

Hermes Layer is designed to run on dedicated production infrastructure, including a dedicated server or VM, Docker Engine, PostgreSQL, S3-compatible storage, TLS reverse proxy and observability.
4. Nature of the service
Hermes Layer is a professional SaaS service providing access to a hosted and managed Hermes Agent, with user account, subscription, isolated provisioning, authenticated WebUI gateway, backups, support, Stripe billing, Managed AI credits and related features.
Hermes Layer is not the official Hermes Agent product. It is a hosting, operations and integration layer around Hermes Agent and third-party components.

Requests must contain the information necessary for their processing: requester identity, relevant account, subject, clear description, order references or ticket references where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
The website, Hermes Layer service, proprietary interfaces, texts, logos, trademarks, workflows, graphical elements, scripts, documentation, evidence systems, back-office and specific integrations are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited, unless authorized in writing or permitted by an applicable license.
Software, libraries, trademarks, open source components or third-party services integrated or referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses or terms.

The service may depend on third-party providers, including Stripe, OpenRouter, SendGrid, hosting providers, storage, DNS, reverse proxy, AI models or connectors configured by customers.

- a decision made based on an unverified AI output;
- unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence;
- force majeure;

11. Reporting unlawful content or use
To report unlawful use, infringement of rights, a security vulnerability, abuse, problematic content or fraudulent use of the service:

12. Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by French law.
For professional customers, any dispute relating to the website or service shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nantes, France, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
13. Consumer mediation
Hermes Layer is primarily intended for professionals and is not marketed as a general consumer service.
If Hermes Layer later accepts B2C sales to French or European consumers, the publisher must appoint a competent consumer mediation body and publish its contact details in the Terms of Sale and/or this Legal Notice, in accordance with applicable rules.
